Wayne Christian Academy's high school provides a curriculum featuring a variety of courses. WCA utilizes a diverse curriculum from Bob Jones for ELA, Math, Science, and History. All subjects are taught from the perspective of instilling deep knowledge with a Biblical worldview.

The high school department features highly-qualified teachers who are dedicated to your student's success. They foster an engaging classroom environment where students participate in debate and discussions, collaborate with peers, create projects, and engage in hands-on learning activities. Technology is used daily to enhance learning. Teachers are available before and after school to support students, taking pride in helping them achieve academic success.

Curriculum

Wayne Christian Academy's High School department uses Bob Jones Curriculum for all ELA, Math, Science, & History and Summit Ministries for Bible. Summit Ministries curriculum provides students with a biblical foundation and teaches them to apply biblical principles in everyday life. We offer a wide variety of electives through our Seven Star program for grades 10th-12th. 

 

Sevenstar Academy’s electives options offer students a wide range of opportunities for exploring interests and strengthening skills. Students can pursue test preparation, technology and design, speech, social sciences, creative writing, forensic science, health, leadership, and more. AP courses in economics, computer science, statistics, and art history can also be pursued as electives credit.

Students love attending chapel on Fridays, where students worship with their class and listen to a guest speaker. Additionally, students participate in daily physical education and have weekly classes in art, computer, and library. Extracurricular 

activities include Drama, Music, Chapel Band, Sports, Cheerleading, Yearbook Club, Mock Trial as well as service project opportunities.
